The Hario V60 is celebrated for its ability to produce a clean, flavorful cup of coffee with precision and ease. Its conical shape and ridged design ensure even extraction, while its versatility allows users to customize their brew to their exact preferences.
GET STARTED
Remember, experimentation is key to finding the perfect brew for your taste preferences, so don't be afraid to adjust variables like grind size, water temperature, and steeping time.
FOLD AND RINSE FILTER
Fold the filter into a cone shape and rinse it in near-boiling water to remove any paper taste and preheat your mug.
MEASURE AND GRIND
Grind 21 grams of coffee to a texture resembling kosher salt and add it to your brewer.
SATURATE THE GROUNDS
Fully saturate the grounds with hot water and let them bloom for 15 seconds.
POUR CONTINUOUSLY
Pour water slowly in a spiral motion, aiming for even extraction, until reaching 360 grams or about 10 ounces.
ENJOY YOUR COFFEE
After 3 minutes, remove the brewer and pour your freshly brewed coffee into a warm mug to enjoy.
