Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer purchasing within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you notify us before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Be in substantially the same condition as received.
- Include the original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Coffee beans, ground coffee, or other food products where the sealed packaging has been opened after delivery.
- Perishable goods.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect food product, please contact us immediately at info@impactroasters.dk. We will gladly assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@impactroasters.dk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request to cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible at info@impactroasters.dk.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after:
- we have received the returned goods; or
- you provide documentation that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original delivery charges will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. However, any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
