Anker Chocolate was founded in 2015 by businessman and food enthusiast Martin Nørregaard in collaboration with Michelin chef and chocolatier Mikkel Anker.

Martin and Mikkel insist that chocolate is an art form. Therefore, they do not use large machines that can mass produce chocolates in an instant. They cherish that love should be a part of chocolate production, which means that all their products are handmade. This applies to everything from the decoration of the chocolates - which are often painted by hand with a brush - to the casting of the shells and not least the filling of the chocolates. Everything is carefully done by hand.
