This website is operated by Impact Roasters and throughout the site, the terms “we” and “our” refer to Impact Roasters.

Each product has description on the webshop including our subscription service.
All coffees are primarily sold as whole beans but there is an option to get grinded coffees too. We store all of our coffees in special bags with valve to protect them by letting nothing to go inside the bags but allowing CO2 to pass out of the bag.
The order is shipped as a package via Coolrunner.dk which cooperates with DAO and PostNord. The order is sent through coolrunner.dk to the nearest parcel shop where you will receive a message on arrival.
Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days, but it occasionally takes 2-3 business days.
The risk of the product will pass on to you as a customer once we have submitted the shipment. Impact Roasters does not hold responsible for the payment of customs duties and fees for sent packages.
Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. Payment is handled by ePay and there is no card fee. All prices are inclusive of VAT and calculated in Danish kroner, DKK.
The payment is withdrawn from your account, when your order is approved. For our subscribers, the payment reminder will be sent monthly, on the same date the subscription was originally purchased.
The customer always has a 14-day return policy. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of food. But if there is a mistake with the coffee, we would very much like to exchange the product.
When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, it can only happen if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The item must be returned in unopened packaging and the buyer must bear the costs associated with returning the item.

In order for you to purchase products on our webshop, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering your products. Your information is not passed on or sold to third parties.
