All our coffees come from Ethiopia, which is known for its bright fruited and floral flavors. We roast weekly in our roasteries at Valby. Like this, we can ensure the best quality and taste experience of our coffee. 

You can choose between 4 types of coffees, and the selection can satisfy even the most discerning taste buds.

Coffee of your choice will be delivered to your office for free once a month around the Copenhagen area in reusable boxes or buckets to reduce the use of single-use plastic.

1. Desta - Blend

Desta is our first blend, which is a mix of sundried processed coffee from Jimma and wet washed processed coffee from Sidama. Sweet intense aroma with chocolate notes of Jimma combined with crisp acidity and citrus notes of Sidama, give a very smooth finish.

2. Nehi

Nehi is washed processed coffee from the Sidama region south Ethiopia. It has crisp acidity and citrus notes.

3. Aynu

Aynu is washed processed coffee from the Limu region in southern Ethiopia. It has a sweet and round taste with a hint of watermelon.

4. Worke

Worke is washed processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in south Ethiopia. It has a floral aroma, smooth-bodied and sweet bright flavor with pronounced lemon notes.
